Creative Floral Vintage Styled Shoot

I’m incredibly lucky to be able to feature such beautiful works of art each week. I’m constantly amazed at what the amazing Memphis wedding pros create and capture. Today is no different as I’m honored to publish this styled shoot featuring the bouquet and flower crown created by Holly & Ivy and captured by Crystal Brisco Photography, the work of two Mid-South Bride approved vendors.

I asked Crystal of Crystal Brisco Photography to share her vision behind this styled shoot:

“My vision behind this shoot was to show brides that no matter the venue space; when hiring the right photographer who has a creative edge, you can turn visions into reality. This styled shoot was shot at the Modern and Beautiful Esplanade in Cordova. It sits surrounded by a large parking lot without much landscaping. I wanted to show brides that even though the venue is modern you can still have a vintage style wedding with the right creative team in place. We used the beautiful courtyard at the Esplanade then went across the street into an empty field for the remainder of the portraits. The end result was executed perfectly. ”

She also shared what is was like working with florist Holly & Ivy:

“Working with Holly with Holly and Ivy was flawless. I gave her my vision for the shoot and together we designed a color palette that blended in with the vision. From there I gave her full artist creativity, the outcome was simply breathtaking and entailed every detail of my vision. Holly went above and beyond and executed an amazing product.”
